Joanne Matthews - Solicitor

Joanne graduated from the University of Westminster with her law degree in 1990, attended the College of Law in London, before being admitted as a Solicitor in 1994.

Joanne practiced family law in a busy London firm for a further seven years, before returning to East Anglia and joining Burnett Barker in 2001.

Leading our family law department, Joanne specialises in all areas of family law - including divorce, separation, finance and children issues.

She is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).

Joanne is also trained to practice Collaborative law, a new process for resolving relationship disputes.

Joanne is a committee member of the Bury St Edmunds Contact Centre.
