Daryl Griffiths - Chief ExecutiveWith over 20 years’ in the sector, I am the firm’s chief executive and manage the business, developing the quality and range of services we offer, so that we continue to grow and succeed by supporting the growth and success of our clients.

I’m a passionate believer in the vital role that modern legal practice has to play in the lives and businesses of our community.

I ensure that our lawyers have the tools they need to deliver an efficient and effective service to meet the needs of every client.

I am always happy to hear from new and existing clients who are uncertain which specialist in the firm is best suited to their particular situation or requirements.

Anyone with an interest in doing business with the firm as a potential supplier – and has a compelling reason for why we should consider doing so – would be welcome to contact me. As many of our suppliers will attest, we build long-term meaningful relationships. However, this does mean that there are few opportunities to replace existing suppliers.

I foster relations with community and business organisations, both to strengthen the firm’s brand and to deliver on our commitment to make a positive impact in our community and environment.

I also hold overall responsibility for financial matters, most of which is handled by our Accounts Administrator. I am involved in funding and payment arrangement decisions in clients’ cases, including the rare occasions when fees remain unpaid.

Jan Sharp - Office Administrator

Jan Sharp – Administrator

I work three days a week and, with Susie, am responsible for most of the day-to-day administrative functions in the firm, working closely with the Chief Executive.

I joined the firm in October 2000, in the new role of Administrator , after working as a negotiator and administrator in Estate Agency for a number of years.

I have recently joined the National Trust with my husband and we enjoy weekends away visiting National Trust houses and spending time with our two grand-daughters.

Susie Moss – Administrator

I work three days a week and, with Jan, look after most of the day-to-day administrative functions in the firm, working closely with the Chief Executive.

I joined the firm in 2004 and working for many years as secretary to the former managing partner. Before this I worked as an administration assistant for an Independent Financial Adviser and prior to that at a local estate agents.

I am the mother of two children, I enjoy horse riding, walking our family dog and keeping fit. I also help to support my husband’s local cricket team and am a member of the PTA at my children’s school.
